Try the whole thing before you pay for any of it. That's why this page is short.
The free version isn't a demo or a trial with a clock on it. You can save listings from any site, compare them, map them, print viewing sheets and export the lot without giving us anything. One board, twenty-five listings, no time limit.
So you can find out whether Unit suits you — properly, over a real week of searching — before deciding to pay. We'd much rather you did that than buy on a hunch and want your money back.
Paid plans are non-refundable. A season pass is a fixed 90 days counted from the day you buy it, not the day you get round to entering the key; a monthly plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.
Cancelling a monthly plan stops the next payment and you keep what you've already bought until that period ends. There's nothing to cancel on a season pass — it stops by itself.
You have a legal right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days. That right exists whatever this page says, and we're not trying to take it away.
It does end early in one case: if you ask for immediate access and agree to give up the cancellation right, which is what the tick box at checkout is for. Since a licence key is sent within seconds of paying, that's usually what happens. If you'd rather keep the right, don't tick it and wait — but then the key waits too.
A refund policy shouldn't be a way of avoiding this, so: if Unit doesn't do what this website says it does, email us. We'll either fix it or refund you, and we'd usually rather fix it.
That covers things being genuinely wrong — not a listing site changing its layout and taking a few days to catch up, which will happen and which we do fix.
Bought twice, bought the wrong plan, or somebody used your card without asking? Email us. Those aren't buyer's remorse and we don't treat them that way.
Our payment provider, Paddle, is the merchant of record. They handle the payment and the tax, and they appear on your statement rather than us. We never see your card details.
They have their own buyer protection, which applies alongside this page and isn't limited by it.
